Something isn’t working

Tell us what you were doing, the page you were on, and the provider and model you had selected. The extension version is on its card at chrome://extensions. A screenshot helps.

A key isn’t accepted or a model is missing

API keys come from the provider’s developer console and are separate from ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro and similar subscriptions. If a key that works elsewhere is rejected, send us the provider name and the message you see — never the key itself.

Your account and data

To delete your account and everything stored with it, open Settings in the extension and choose Delete account. If you can’t sign in, or you want a copy of or a correction to the information we hold, email us from the address on the account.
